Welcome to the Spring Lake Senior Enrichment Center where our motto is, “You’re never too old to have the best day of your life.” We strive to enhance the well being of all who pass through our doors with an array of services, activities and caring staff. All are welcome, so, what are you waiting for? Come, join the community!

The Spring Lake Senior Center is located in a building directly across from the Town Hall on Ruth Street, and is attached to the Recreation and Parks Building.

(If you need directions to the center, click here.)
When the page with the map appears, enter your current location where the cursor is.

The map defaults to our Town Hall,  and the Senior Center is just across the street.

The Spring Lake Senior Center relies on funding from the Town of Spring Lake,  the Mid-Carolina Area Agency on Aging,  and the North Carolina General Assembly.

The Senior Center follows the same holiday schedule as the Town and it’s offices.

In the event of closures or early releases due to inclement weather, information will be posted on the home page on here, and on Facebook under Town of Spring Lake, on Instagram, and Twitter.

Let us help you!

We constantly strive to live up to our motto, “You’re never too old to have the best day of your life.” In order to do this, we don’t just view you as another customer or visitor. Instead, you are a part of the family. And here in Spring Lake, we believe in family.

In addition to the multitude of social activities we offer at the Senior Center, we also offer an array of services that cater to the well-being, health and safety of our aging population.

A few of these services include :
– congregate meals (must apply) if you are over age 60 and live in Spring Lake (Program is run by     Meals on Wheels, or CCCOOA, not the Senior Center) They can be reached at 910-484-0111.
– health screenings and a FREE diabetes clinic on the second Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. ( a representative from Better Health is on-site in a private setting)
– access to other social and human resource agencies
– information about services
– assistance as needed

One of our goals at the Spring Lake Senior Enrichment Center is to enhance the lives of those we work with. When we say, “join the community” we mean you become part of a group that is committed to helping each other out. It is a support network, a social network, a resource, a place to learn and feel comfortable. We need you.
