Town Clerk:
Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Human Resources/Payroll:
Monday- Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Splash Pad:
(hours are subject to change at the discretion of the Recreation & Parks Department due to weather or other scheduled events)
Monday-Saturday 10:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
Sundays 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Police Administration:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
** Police department phones are transferred to the Cumberland County Dispatch at 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on weekends, so there is always 100% coverage for Spring Lake residents.
Police patrols are 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Waste Water Treatment Plant:
Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
*** On weekends, on call staff works 2 hours per day unless otherwise directed.
** stand-by and on-call support is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Fire Department:
The Fire Department is manned 24 hours a day/7 days a week unless they are in training, out on a call or attending to Fire Department business. They are dispatched to an emergency call via 911 not directly through dialing the department at the station.
