Town of Spring Lake has completed its System Development Fee (SDF) Analysis, which is now available for public review and comment for at least forty-five (45) days in accordance with North Carolina law.
System Development Fees are one-time charges on new development used to help fund water and sewer infrastructure needed to support growth.
The analysis will be available for public review from March 10, 2026, through April 24, 2026.
