OPEN HOUSE for Spring Lake Area Land Use Plan Save the Date

Do You Have a Vision for the Future of Spring Lake?

The Cumberland County Planning staff will be working with our community to create an updated land use plan for the Spring Lake Area.

This land use plan will NOT change the current zoning or use of your property.

The purpose of this open house meeting is to understand the needs and values of Spring Lake Area stakeholders. So, drop by to participate in activities and help shape the vision for Spring Lake!

Thurs. Sept. 30th, 2021
Spring Lake Parks and Recreation Center
245 Ruth Street
6pm – 8pm

Learn more about this plan and the Spring Lake Area on their new website. There you will also find meeting details, helpful links, and online surveys.

The mailing list for the study area is based on property owners listed on the Cumberland County tax records.

Please share this information with renters in your community. If you have any questions, contact the Cumberland County Comprehensive Planning staff at (910) 678-7612.
