Registration for Youth Fall Sports is now OPEN! Fall Sports include: Youth Soccer ages 3-12 (age as of Dec. 1, 2018 except U4 which is Sept. 9, 2018); Youth Football ages 5-12 (age as of Dec. 1, 2018) and Youth Cheerleading ages 5-12 (age as of Aug. 1, 2018.) Registration fee is $20 for residents and $40 for non-residents. Registration form, birth certificate and fee must be on file by registration deadline. You can register online at https://springlake.recdesk.com or download a registration form below. You can also stop by the Community Center located at 245 Ruth Street. Registration deadline is August 4, 2018. There is no better time to GET IN THE GAME!
