More giving back to the community is coming!
This Saturday, April 18th, there are two local non-profit organizations that are partnering to bring residents free blessing boxes of food, cleaning supplies, and Easter baskets.
Teens Do Care and Alderwoman Jackie Jackson, in partnership with Out of the Shadows Into the Light, are hosting a food drive at Bethel AME Zion church located at 255 Vass Rd. in Spring Lake, starting at 9:00 a.m. until all of the items are gone.
****This will be a drive through “curb side” system where the boxes or bags will be placed in your vehicles for you to ensure the safety of all involved.
This is open to all Cumberland County residents, and is free of charge.
