This order prohibits the disconnection or cut off of utility services, such as electric, gas, water and trash service for customers during the pandemic, and also provides guidance for evictions and foreclosures, as well as encourages other essential businesses to be flexible with their customers during this time of hardship.
If you need to speak to a customer service representative regarding your Town of Spring Lake water utility service, please reach out to them at 910-703-8912. They are available from 7:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Monday- Thursday, and from 7:30 a.m. – 12 NOON on Fridays.
