One-Stop Early Voting for the 2nd Primary Election begins April 25 and ends May 11. Voters will be required to show photo identification in order to vote in this election. For more information about the Cumberland County Board of Elections, call 910-678-7733 or visit cumberlandcountync.gov/elections. Regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Board of Elections is located in the E. Newton Smith center at 227 Fountainhead Lane in Fayetteville.
