Cumberland County Animal adoptions to resume June 22nd, 2020

The Cumberland County Animal shelter will be resuming their animal adoptions on Monday, June 22nd.

This will be done by appointment only to begin, and social distancing and face masks will be protocol for both staff and patrons.

Thanks to PetSmart Charities, who provided a generous grant, pet adoption fees are only $28 through July.

The shelter has also “adopted” new hours for stray animal intakes, owner claims, and adoptions due to the Coronavirus, and they are as follows:

Hours for ALL THREE services are:
11:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Again, all services are by appointment only, and they can be reached at 910-321-6852. Their physical address is 4704 Corporation Dr., Fayetteville, N.C.

Please note: Anyone who may be looking for a lost pet can view all animals currently located in the shelter by visiting www.petharbor.com.
