The Town of Spring Lake and all offices located inside the Town Hall
at 300 Ruth St. will be closed temporarily and re-open on Tuesday, January 19th. due to COVID.

(We will be observing the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday on Monday the 18th which is included in this closure.)

The Water Dept. will remain closed until Friday January 22nd. Please use our online Bill-Pay or secure drop boxes provided.

If you need assistance with making your payment over the phone, or if you have a
new service request, please reach out to our staff between normal business hours of
Mon.-Thurs. 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m., and Fridays from 7:30 a.m.-12 NOON at  910-237-0470.

As a result, and for the safety of all of our staff, we must close the building so it may go
through the necessary sanitation procedures required after an incident.

During this time, employees will work remotely as allowable, via emails that can be found here in the directory.

The safety of our staff and our residents continues to be our top priority, as well as containing the virus.

The first SECURE water payment drop box is located at the drive-thru window lane for the Water Department,
and the other is  located in the exit lane of the parking lot directly across from the Town Hall.

Please remember that all of our emergency services will continue to provide support as normal,  and will not be affected.

We appreciate your understanding during this process.

If you know of anyone who may not have access to social media, please try and pass the word on about the temporary closure.
