The Town of Spring Lake has identified a water leak along northbound NC Highway 87 (N. Bragg Blvd.), near the intersection of Odell Road and N. Bragg Blvd., in the vicinity of Williams Chapel Church.
⚠️ WHAT RESIDENTS & MOTORISTS NEED TO KNOW:
💧 WATER SERVICE INTERRUPTION: Water service in the surrounding area will be temporarily interrupted to allow crews to address the leak. At this time, the duration of the interruption is undetermined.
🚧 TRAFFIC ALERT: Northbound traffic on NC Highway 87 (N. Bragg Blvd.) will be reduced to ONE LANE while repairs are underway.
⏰ ANTICIPATED START TIME: Both the water service interruption and lane closure are expected to begin within the next 1–2 hours.
🚗 MOTORISTS: Please use caution when traveling through the area, anticipate traffic delays, and consider alternate routes if possible.
