The remaining work is expected to proceed as follows:

🔹 Phase 1 – Week of July 28
The Town will complete the installation of the new water system valve.

🔹 Phase 2 – Week of July 31
The utility contractor will complete the remaining punch-list items associated with the wastewater main, water main, and related service replacements.

🔹 Phase 3 – Week of August 7
The stormwater contractor will perform the necessary drainage system repairs to address the conditions contributing to the sinkholes along Regina Drive.

🔹 Phase 4 – Week of August 10
Following completion of the stormwater repairs, the paving contractor will begin final roadway preparation and resurfacing of Regina Drive.

⚠️ Please Note: This schedule is subject to change due to weather, site conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances encountered during construction.

We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of the residents of Regina Drive, New Holly Hills, and the surrounding neighborhoods as these critical infrastructure improvements near completion.

Thank you for your continued support as we invest in improving Spring Lake’s infrastructure. 💧🚜🛣️
