The Town of Spring Lake’s journey toward a brighter future continues.
Beginning Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 8:00 am, demolition activities will commence at 605 Wilson Ave. The property will first be utilized for fire training exercises, after which Town Streets and Sanitation crews will conduct cleanup operations.
This project is part of the Town’s ongoing efforts to revitalize the community and prepare the site for future development, allowing for the addition of four new homes.
Road Closure Notice:
Wilson Ave. will be closed from 605 Wilson Ave. to S. Sixth Street between the hours of 9:00 am and 4:00 pm during demolition and cleanup activities.
