The Town of Spring Lake Board of Commissioners will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comment and consider adoption of the System Development Fee (SDF) Analysis for the Town’s water and/or sewer systems.

💧 What are System Development Fees (SDFs)?
System Development Fees (SDFs) are one-time, upfront charges levied by local governments or utility providers on new or expanding developments. These fees help cover the proportional cost of building or expanding infrastructure, such as water treatment plants, water lines, sewer mains, and other utility facilities needed to serve growth and increased capacity demands.
