๐Ÿ’ง Voluntary Water Conservation Alert ๐Ÿ’ง

The Town of Spring Lake is asking all water customers to voluntarily conserve water until further notice to help protect our water supply and ensure it remains available for everyone.

Please follow these voluntary conservation measures:

๐ŸŒฑ Lawn & Landscape Watering

  • Addresses ending in 1, 3, 5, 7, or 9: Water only on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
  • Addresses ending in 0, 2, 4, 6, or 8: Water only on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday.

๐Ÿ’ฆ Reduce Outdoor Water Use

  • Limit the frequency and duration of landscape irrigation.

๐Ÿš— Vehicle & Equipment Washing

  • Limit washing of automobiles, trucks, trailers, boats, airplanes, and other mobile equipment.

๐Ÿงผ Outdoor Surface Cleaning

  • Please avoid washing streets, driveways, sidewalks, patios, parking lots, building exteriors, and other outdoor surfaces.

๐ŸŠ Filling of Ponds, Fountains & Pools

  • Postpone filling ponds, ornamental fountains, pools, or similar structures until conservation measures are lifted.

๐Ÿš’ Fire Hydrants

  • Minimize the use of water from public or private fire hydrants except for fire suppression, public emergencies, or authorized water department purposes.

๐Ÿšœ Dust Control & Compaction

  • Limit the use of potable water for dust control and compaction.
