Update: It appears that during the installation of a new water line, water may have been drawn from existing lines, resulting in reduced water pressure in the area.
💧 Water pressure is currently building back up, and service should continue to improve as the system stabilizes.
The Town has received an unusually high volume of calls reporting a loss of water service in the areas of New Holly Hills, Caelin Farms, Lottie Street, and the surrounding area.
Town engineers and Water Operations crews are currently en route to the affected area to investigate the issue and determine the cause.
